Hello, are you doing also affilate programs I...
Hi Andrea! I’m in the process of developing an affiliate program for everyone to use, but it’s not quite ready yet. It will be in the next 3 months or so though, so keep an eye out! No, my native language is Dutch, but I’ve been living in the UK for the last 16 years or so, hence my English has improved quite a bit! For your blog: it all depends on what you want to use your blog...

Hi Tam
Can I use a varnish over mixed media art...
hi pen - apologies for my late reply! for varnishes i like using the gel mediums (golden or liquitex), i don’t think they go yellow, but i suppose that takes a long time and i haven’t observed that on any of my paintings yet. i have several crackle varnishes, although they are called crackle paint and are sold in really small pots. ranger do them! :)

what type of paper do you use for art journaling?...
i use moleskines & larger daler-rowney sketch books - if you work wet, then go for the purple label moleskine which has thicker pages, better yet, moleskine also do a watercolor paper version, however it’s in landscape rather than upright. to avoid paper curling on more thinner pages, try not to use too much water when you work, or put your journal under a pile of heavy books after...

If you could go back in time 10 years and tell...
So many things! But mostly; you are ok. It doesn’t matter if you can or can’t do things; you are worthy and loved. It doesn’t matter if you are considered beautiful or unattractive; you are worthy and loved. Be ok with what is, take a breath, love yourself.

:D awesome questions rho! i’d love to take a peek into the baroque era with all the crazy white wigs and beautiful costumes, but famous artists from the past i’d love to meet are van gogh (really just want to give the dude a hug he had such a horrible life), gaudi (wanna talk about his awesome ideas around architecture) and da vinci, just to find out if there were truly all these...

How old are you?
Will you encourage your son to...
I am 33, soon to be 34 on 3rd May. :-) I will encourage Dylan to do the things that make him happy. If that is creating art, then yay, if it’s playing football, then yay, if it’s being a scientist, then yay! :) I will definitely encourage him to experiment with doing art, but not more so than any other subject for that matter. :) I hope he will do and be what makes him happy. :) Thank...
Day 27 — This month, in great detail.
Ha ha. I’m trying to catch up but these last ones take way to loooong. So I’m just ignoring the ‘in great detail’ bit.
Ok, this month!
Technically it started on April the 1st which is when I announced to everyone that I was pregnant again, with twins, ha ha. Not. That was fun.
So, some highlights this month, from what I recall!
2nd April; Maria coming round for dinner....
Day 26 - Your Week in Great Detail.
Yeah, I don’t have time for that! So I’ll do one that is NOT in great detail.
Monday 12/04/2010 - Hosted the first NVC Family practice group. Maddie, Ella, Alex, Dylan and I attended. We talked about how difficult it is to do NVC with your kids when other (non-nvc) parents expect you to discipline in their way.
Tuesday 13/04/2010 - Spent the day at home with Dylan feeling very...
Day 25 - Your Day in Great Detail.
When you say ‘your day’, when is it suppose to start? Mine started at midnight, which was when I attempted to go to bed, but within half an hour, Dylan woke up and after that, decided to wake up approx every half an hour to 45 mins. Around 3:30 am, I texted Andy (sleeping on the couch) that I was having a terrible night and ‘could he pls come earlier to take Dylan’. Andy...
Day 22 — A website.

Day 20 - A Hobby of Yours
Well doh; art & music. :0)
Day 19 — A talent of yours.
I make a mean smoked salmon salad with pine kernels, thyme, avocado, carrots and red onion. So so very yummy. :-) Possibly the only “dish” I cook well.
Day 18. Something random.
I used to think raisins grew on trees. :0) (I now know they are from outa space)
Day 16. A song that makes you cry.
“Seasons in the Sun” by Terry Jacks
Particularly this verse;
“Goodbye, Michelle, my little one,
You gave me love and helped me find the sun,
And every time that I was down
You would always come around
And get my feet back on the ground;
Goodbye, Michelle, it’s hard to die
When all the birds are singing in the sky,
Now that the spring is in the air,
With the flowers...
Day 15 - Something that is currently over-rated.
I wanna say Amanda Effin’ Palmer but that’ll probably get me into all sorts of trouble. ;) She seems like a friendly lady, no doubt, but I just don’t get why some people are absolutely devoted to/ obsessed with her. Now Neil Gaiman I get. AFP not so much.
I apologise in advance to anyone I’ve deeply hurt by admitting this! ;)
